JNU admission for session 2023 will be based on CUET (Common University Entrance Test). The last date for JNU Admission 2023 in CUET PG-based courses is 11 May 2023. JNU accepts student’s application on the basis of merit and entrance exam is also necessary. To be eligible it is a condition to appear in the entrance test. Completion of their basic requirement and passing the examination will confirm the academic selection of the students in this university.
- Students applying for any UG course must have passed 10+2 examination with minimum 50% marks from any recognized education board.
- Learners who wish to apply for any PG course must submit their last semester mark sheet of previous study program along with duly filled JNU Admission Form and paid fee challan.

For Bachelor degree program in JNU, students have options for courses like BA and BA (Hons). Apart from the basic courses, there are also separate language courses for the students. Arabic, Japanese, Chinese, French, Korean, Spanish and many more. Students need to have completed their intermediate studies, and must have basic knowledge about the language graduation course they choose for admission.
Most important is the CUET-UG entrance exam which is mandatory to take admission in UG programme. The fee is around Rs.750/- for general category and Rs.300/- for reserved category. Students have to pay the admission fee while filling the registration form at www.jnu.ac.in.
- BA: Bachelor of Arts is one of the most common degree courses after 12th. JNU offers BA program in many different specializations such as Arabic, German, French etc. It is a UG level program which takes at least 3 years to complete. Students must have passed 12th in any stream from the renowned education board.
- BBA: JNU offers a professional degree program called Bachelor of Business Administration. Students must have 12th board result with minimum 50% score from a recognized education board in India.
- B.Tech: Bachelor of Technology course in JNU is available for admission to students who have class 10+2 passing certificate. Final selection will be done through entrance test conducted at Jawaharlal Nehru University.

Jawaharlal Nehru University Entrance Exam (JNUEE)
Jawaharlal National University Entrance Examination (JNUEE) is conducted annually for admission to various degree programmes. It will be conducted in online mode and this year JNU admission is going to be Computer Based Test (CBT). National Testing Agency or NTA will organize this exam at the national level.
